BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration is a course that will prepare you to develop keyboarding speed and accuracy, contribute to health and safety of self and others, organise schedules, create electronic presentations, design and produce text documents, produce spreadsheets, design and produce business documents, produce desktop published documents, write simple documents, participate in environmentally sustainable work practices, process customer complaints, produce texts from notes and produce texts from audio transcription.

STUDY: - This is a perfect first certificate style course if you would like to build your business and administrative skills for confidence or if seeking employment in business or government support related positions where you will use some discretion and judgement and wish to provide technical advice and support to a team.
