CLET Training Celebrating 20 Years

Like all good businesses, we started in a garage! With our team/s working from home we have not progressed too far, but we each have more office space now. 

On 3 February 2006 we became a Registered Training Organisation (#31254) and through all the trials and tribulations that comes with that responsibility we continue to focus on one key goal - the service to individuals. 

For 20 years we have had the pleasure of working with police, military, fire and paramedics to support and aid in their transition from service to civilian life. 

Although a very small part of this process for the individuals, we have had the privilege of being there to help you transfer your skills and knowledge from service to the civilian space through nationally recognised qualifications. We have also had the opportunity to help the civilian employment sector understand the transition process of service personnel. 

Along the way we have learned so much. We have welcomed new sectors. We have supported career transitions in energy and mining, we have helped career progression in the public sector, the private sector, health, education, hospitality, and security sectors. We continue to grow and expand our own knowledge and skills so we can support yours. 

To the thousands of individuals who have trusted our process, this 20 year milestone is because of you. You inspire us to continue to learn and develop, to build and be better. Your challenges have become ours and we share in your struggles, your pain, and your frustration but also in your strengths, your will, and your determination. 

Transition of any sort is a challenge, but we will continue to be here as one of your chosen steps to making it easier.
